g•iii originates from a our use of Beckstoffer Georges III as one of the primary vineyards in this proprietary blend, along with two additional famed vineyards. The property in the heart of the Rutherford AVA is the former Beaulieu Vineyard No. 3, which was originally planted by Georges DeLatour of Beaulieu in 1928. The property is located adjacent to the Caymus Winery between Conn Creek Road and Silverado Trail. Our selected Georges III rows produce the most spectacular fruit in the Napa Valley, described as having flavors of of cherry, red licorice and cedar supported by a creamy, palate-coating texture.
